This tour goes to some of the best craftsmen towns in Michoacan state, central Mexico. A landscaped area where the local indigenous are descendant of the Purepecha ancient culture; people that have to preserve some of the prehispanic techniques to create artwork from the natural materials that they have access to. As we drive the tour, the Tour Guide will not stop at churches, markets or galleries. Even better, this tour goes to homes of the craftsmen families to find the backyard where they work on manufacturing the masterpieces to the national handcraft contest.
